Added layered sheets for Convocation Prime (letter & A4)

Continuing my experiments with building character sheets by joining four quarter-sheets together, I’ve created an alternative to 4-up printing that works by hiding and showing PDF layers. To use these “layered” sheets, you need PDF software that can handle user-controlled layers. Most PDF software does not provide this functionality. Those that do include Acrobat Reader and Foxit.

There are three types, each in two sizes (US letter and A4). One type is for eidolon, one for PCs, and one for adversity.
